01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by CUCI88. These Terms take effect from the date you register as a member or first access our platform, whichever is earlier.

02 Eligibility & Registration

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• All deposits must be made through a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

CUCI88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

• All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• CUCI88 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the CUCI88 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a recognised third-party body. This ensures every game outcome is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Members agree to comply with the specific rules of each game available on the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the results recorded by the CUCI88 server shall be final and binding.

CUCI88 is not liable for any losses suffered due to internet connectivity issues, device problems or technical disruptions beyond our platform's control. However, should a technical disruption occur on our end, we will take appropriate steps to restore your account to a fair state.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CUCI88 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to access your account.
• Register more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Cheat, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes.

10 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must ensure there are no outstanding bonus balances with unfulfilled rollover requirements, as such balances will be automatically forfeited.

CUCI88 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• There has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account has shown suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• You failed to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Directed by legal authorities or regulators.

11 Governing Law
